We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within India.
For international orders, a flat shipping fee of USD 25 is applicable on orders below USD 240.
Orders above USD 240 are eligible for free international shipping.
Please note:
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping times may vary based on the product. Kindly refer to the Delivery Time listed on the individual product page for more accurate estimates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Don't Tell Mama, each product is crafted with care and made-to-order. Hence, we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in the following rare scenarios:
In such cases, please email us at contact@donttellmama.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Attach clear images of the issue. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once we receive your request, our team will inspect and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, you will receive a store credit (valid for 6 months) redeemable at https://donttellmama.co.in/.
Returns will not be accepted if the item:

Is damaged, washed, used, or worn

Is custom-made or purchased on sale

Is missing the original invoice, tags, or packaging
Please note: Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
